DiPierro Opens HQ

More than 60 supporters joined Anthony DiPierro, a candidate for Ward 3 City Councilor, this weekend as he officially opened his campaign headquarters.

At a visibility before the opening, DiPierro announced that he had already knocked on 1000 doors, and pledged to continue an aggressive schedule of canvassing right up to the November 3rd Election.

“This race is about the people of Everett and that’s why it’s important to hear from as many voters as possible. I plan to keep knocking on voters’ doors throughout this election. It’s a great way to learn what’s on people’s minds – and to hear how we can make city government even better”, said DiPierro. “If you haven’t seen me at your doorstep yet, you will.”

DiPierro’s campaign headquarters is located at 533 Ferry St.

Anthony DiPierro is part of a new generation of leaders in our city and brings Everett commonsense and a courteous leadership style to our city government. He knows that toughness also requires civility - and that working together respectfully is how we get the best results for the people who live and work in our city.

Anthony is a life-long Everett resident. He attended the Albert N. Parlin Elementary School and Everett High, where he was a student ambassador, member of The National Honor Society, elected class treasurer by his peers and coached youth football and basketball. He still keeps in touch with the athletes he mentored, helping guide them through adolescent life.

Anthony is currently studying American Politics & Government at Suffolk University and plans to work towards a master’s degree in Public Administration. He works with his family’s construction business and also works as a Greeter at Rocco’s Funeral Home on Main Street.

Anthony jumped into politics at a young age, realizing that public service is an effective and concrete way to give back to the community. He has worked on the campaigns of Mayor Carlo DeMaria, State Senator Sal DiDomenico, former Governor Deval Patrick, and he helped run the coordinated campaign in Everett for the Democratic Party last year. He also worked as a coordinator for Everett United, as he knows that smart development and a healthy tax base is what will make Everett outstanding in the years ahead.

He has worked as an intern in the State House and as a legislative assistant handling constituent concerns at City Hall.

Anthony wants to hear from voters. Please visit his website at www.anthonydipierro.com and leave feedback for Anthony.
